How to create Custom Security Roles for environment in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM?

To create a Custom Security Role you need to follow the following steps:

➤ Go to your environment list and select your environment.

➤ Click on See all under Security Roles in the Access section.

Note:

This Custom Security Role is available within this environment only.










➤ Click on New Role under Security Roles in the Access section.

➤ This will open a new security role page in a new tab.










➤ Click Custom Entities to add custom user security setting for each entity.

➤ Click Save and Close to save your custom user security settings.
